Why the GST label moves
The UAE has no daylight saving. The UK does. Twice a year the London open in Dubai shifts one hour even though GST stays UTC+4. 08:00 BST is 11:00 GST. 08:00 GMT is 12:00 GST. After 25 October 2026 the core window becomes 12:00-20:00 GST.
US Eastern stays on daylight saving until 1 November 2026. That is why this September overlap is an afternoon GST block. When US clocks fall back, add an hour to the GST NY labels. The terminal clock still wins over this table.
